Baked Portobello Mushrooms

Lay fins up on tinfoil and fill the caps with sun dried tomato, or Asian Sesame, whatever salad dressing

put in cold oven set for 450, for 40 min, or preheat for 10 and bake for 30 (turn it down on the last few minutes)

They'll look burnt BUT pick up the foil and peel them off like a sticker

Perfect!

Also just put these on the grill beside your meat, I still use the tinfoil for
the easy no-mess peel off function, m-m-m-m-m
