My wife and I were having lunch at Joel's and an old lady strolled in with a basket of chanterelles. Joel showed us the mushrooms and cooked this treat for us NO CHARGE. He cut the toast in triangles and made a kinda pile out of em.
I told the story to my family and made the snack for them....ummmmmm
I also told them I'd make sure sure Joel and his mate has a date with us, in our boat including a shore lunch.... ummmmmm lunch.......
