BBQ carrots

BBQ carrots in a half hour on the barbecue (I added two olive oil marinated garlic cloves mmmm )

4 -6 carrots, 1 small onion, 1/4 cup butter, salt and pepper

Directions:

1 Peel and cut carrots into bite-size pieces. Cut onion into 1/2 rings

2 Place into a metal 8x8 cake pan. Preferably an old pan that you don't use

3 Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with foil (I wrapped the pan in foil too)

4 Cook over med-low heat for approximately 20-30 minutes, turning often so as not to burn carrots
