Hellmann's Parmesan Crusted Chicken (Low-fat Version)

 

·        1/2 cup mayo

·        1/4 cup grated parmesan (I also used ricotta cause we were out of  Parmesan)

·        4 boneless chicken breasts

·        4 teaspoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs n some panko

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine mayonnaise and cheese.

2 Spread on chicken, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

3 Bake in pre-heated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. (35 min if BONE IN !)
