cup red wine
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Worcheshire sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp Montreal Steak Spice
a few globs of Golden Dragon Thick Teriyaki (get this sauce at Loblaws)
one sliced onion
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a suitable container (I use a plastic bag) and
throw in the steaks
Flip a few times to coat sides
Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge. Marinade for at least 4 hours OR
overnight
Flip steaks (or rotate the bag) every couple of hours
When completed, I remove and BBQ the onions in a tinfoil pouch for my potatoes
