Steve’s list of foods that may help with your shit cramps 
(I put an hour or so into Google for this list!)

Yogurt, shredded Macintosh apples (applesauce), bananas, cactus pears (American Indians ate it)

 

pasta, Mac and cheese, cooked carrot, broccoli, rice, mashed potatoes, toast and cheese, TEA BISCUITS, crackers

cheese and salt, chicken noodle soup

 

green tea, organic carrot juice, ginger ale, 3 tsp honey & 8 oz. of water several times a day

ACV 2 tbls & water three times a day

 

black licorice, Coconut Macaroon's, mint

 

the BRAT system (bananas, rice, applesauce, tea/toast)
